Shipping + Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. If there is a problem with a product or an error on your order, e-mail email@example.com or call 800-609-9303 and we will assist you.
Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in some items.
We offer free shipping for all domestic orders (U.S. only, except Hawaii and Alaska) over $50. For orders under $50, we offer USPS First Class shipping for U.S. orders. We also offer UPS 2-day Air for expedited shipments.
We offer international shipping using USPS Priority Mail. Shipment through UPS can be requested. The customer is liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or refunded by WorldFinds. If you are unsure of the charges, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
We accept returns within 14 days after the original purchase date. We can refund your order in full, minus shipping. For more information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. To complete your return, email email@example.com to request a return and provide your proof of purchase. You can also request a return through the Account Portal. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item. We recommend using a trackable return method, as WorldFinds is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments. If we’ve sent you the wrong or a damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.

Please include your name somewhere on the return, as well as include your packing slip, so we know who to issue a refund to or who to contact with any questions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Items purchased at sale price will be refunded at the same price as purchased. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the item to be processed.
