We want you to be happy with your WorldFinds purchase! We offer free returns on any order placed within the United States. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date.

Returns submitted before 30 days are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping). Returns submitted after 30 days will not be accepted. When you initiate a return through our Returns Center, you will see an estimate of your refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Items must be returned in their original, new condition with tags still attached. Item must be in the same condition you received it.

For international orders & returns: Orders placed outside the United States may be returned or exchanged at the buyers expense. These orders are subject to the same 30 days after ordering terms. Please email sales@worldfinds.com to request a return/refund if you are outside of the United States.

For items purchased through a store: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges purchased through a WorldFinds Wholesale Partner. If you'd like to return or exchange an item you purchased from a WorldFinds Wholesale Partner, please contact that store directly.

For gifted items purchased through worldfinds.com: If you received a WorldFinds item as a gift we will happily accept the item for credit. Gift returns are subject to the same return policy as purchases. Gifts are not eligible for free returns. Please reach out if you have received a gift you would like to return sales@worldfinds.com. We will need the last name and zip code of the purchaser to begin a gift return for credit.

For Gift Cards: Gift Cards are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

For exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item, please send us an email at sales@worldfinds.com and let us know that you would like to exchange your item. The item you exchange your purchase for must be the same price as your original purchase. 

Refunds: Returns will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the item. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note, refunds will only be issued if the item is postmarked within 30 days of placing the order and is in original, unused condition with tags still attached. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to post to your account. The time between when a refund is issued and the amount arriving in your account is decided by your banking institution.
