What are your earring wires made of?
Our metal earring wires are made from a brass metal mix that is free of lead, nickel and cadmium.

What do you mean by "colors & patterns will vary" on your Kantha Jewelry and Repurposed Textile Accessories?
Your item will not look exactly like the photo! The size, shape and silhouette will be consistent, but the exact colors and patterns of each items are unique since they are made from repurposed fabric that is one-of-a-kind.

Will the Kantha fabric wear off the beads?
Our Kantha Jewelry can last for years if care is taken when wearing and storing. Over time, it is possible that some of the repurposed cotton fabric can pull away from the wooden beads and begin to fray a little. This is more likely to happen with the Kantha stretchy bracelets as they receive more wear and tear than necklace and earring styles. Many of our customers have reported that they like the look of the wood showing through and that it adds to the textile's story.

Why do you work with women artisans in India rather than the United States?
There are so many amazing places to purchase US-made jewelry like Etsy and most American jewelry designers have their own websites making it easy to purchase directly. Our social mission business was founded to support vulnerable artisans in India that don't have those same options, so we have created the opportunity for them to receive dignified work and fair wages to help break the cycle of poverty and ensure they and their children have a better future. We are supporting women and communities in the United States by providing them a product to sell & make a living from.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Most of our international shipments ship via USPS Priority Mail, which is usually the most cost-effective method. FedEx and UPS can also be used upon request.

When will my order be shipped & how long until I can expect my order to be delivered?
Your order will be packed and shipped out to you within 1-3 business days after we receive it. A USPS tracking email will be sent upon fulfillment. Keep in mind the tracking information may be generated hours before the package is in the hands of the mail carrier so be sure to check in regularly for updates.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on your location. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. If you need expedited shipping, we offer UPS 2-Day Air which also varies based on your location.

What is your return policy?
If an item isn't what you expected, please return it within 14 days of your original purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us at 800-609-9303 or email: sales@worldfinds.com to request a return.

My item was damaged during shipment or arrived with a defect, can you help?
Absolutely! We are constantly working with our artisans to provide the highest quality product. If you receive a damaged item, simply request an exchange within 14 days of your purchase by emailing sales@worldfinds.com with a description of your item and photos of the damage/defect. We will process the exchange and ship you a replacement at no charge.

Brand Ambassador Program

What are the general rules as a brand ambassador?
+ A Brand Ambassador's account needs to be either public or mutually follow @worldfinds.
+ Do not comment with either of your Ambassador codes on any WorldFinds social media posts or channels, or post your Ambassador code to any posts from wholesale accounts or stores who carry our products.
+ Do not add either of your ambassador codes to coupon websites. If we find your code added to these sites, you will be immediately removed from the brand ambassador program and your 15% commission earned up to that point will be voided.
